Have you ever sat in a waiting room?
It doesn’t matter what sort of waiting room it is.
A waiting room for a doctors office.
A waiting room for a principles office.
A waiting room for a job interview.
A waiting room for a lawyers office.

All of these waiting rooms bring one thing.
Anxiety.
Anxiety as to what is on the other side of that waiting room door.
Anytime we are forced to WAIT, we are forced to lose the facade we once had of control.
The ball is in someone else’s hands…and we are stuck, waiting.

And in those moments of waiting…
In those moments of anxiety…
He says…
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” – Jeremiah 29:11.

Nothing you will find out on the other side of that waiting room door holds more truth than that right there…
Nothing.
Hold tight today Ragamuffins…
Hold on tight to that truth.
