Yesterday I soft launched LosFit and you guys did not disappoint.
It’s already become a community of world changers.
Today is simply the official welcome and time to invite your friends.
REMEMBER…
THERE ARE TIGHT RULES SO THAT PEOPLE DON’T SLACK…

Lot’s of you have been following my fitness journey the last 6 months.
It’s been so fun to finally find a way for this lazy, lazy, non committal, non follow through man that works.
It’s not just Crossfit.
That is just my tool.
IT’S SO MUCH MORE.
But I’m committed to help you guys jump on this ship with me!!!

The LosFit Closed Facebook Group is a group where we will support each other as we all strive to become better and healthier versions of ourselves…
This is going to be a CLOSED Facebook group.
Why?
Cause I want to make sure that everyone in the group is SERIOUS about a change in 2014.
Not to be elitist at ALL but more so we can help people become the best version of themselves they can be!
The Group Name is LosFit.
In Spanish “The Fit”
And obvs my nick name is Los and I think it’s cute. 

A few points you NEED to know to stay involved here

1.Only people with a profile pictures & at least one connection within the Losfit community will be allowed into the group. (This means MAKE A FRIEND) If you know someone who is having trouble getting in, let an admin know and we will help!!!

2.When you first join the LosFit community, make sure you introduce yourself. Tell us about your health/fitness goal, share links to where we can find you on the web, and let us know how we can support you as you pursue where you are trying go!!!

3.Within 7 days of being accepted into the group you MUST post a before picture/video of where you currently are.
This DOES NOT HAVE TO BE A FULL BODY PIC.
That is not everyones goal.
It could be a pic of your feet on a scale.
It could be a video of you lifting 200 lbs.
It could be your XL self squeezing into a Medium shirt.
It could be a picture of your blood pressure.

Goals will be different for everyone. But they MUST BE MEASURABLE.
Immeasurable goals will not be allowed.

4.Weekly checkins on your journey. Where we can all cheer or encourage. If you don’t checkin for longer than 3 weeks… Poof. you are gone. 

5.NO DRAMA. The fitness community is CRAZY and we want an encouraging place. So, though it will be a rare thing, jerks will be evicted. Disagreeing does NOT equal being a jerk. But being a jerk equals being a jerk. Hopefully the community alone will take care of this problem.

I do think this could completely change peoples lives in 2014. That is why I want it to be FOCUSED and AFFIRMING!!!  We officially open the doors tomorrow but I’ll let you guyn in today. 😉
