Starting TODAY… we are going to get a head start on all of the New Years Resolution peeps.  Cause only 8% of people who make New Years Resolutions keep them. Screw resolutions.  Let’s start NOW.
Here are the  3 ESSENTIAL STEPS TO COMPLETE BEFORE WEDNESDAY.

What are those three things you might ask?

  1. Capture A Before Picture Of Yourself – That could be your hairy toes on a scale, your entire naked torso, whatever YOU need to be able to have a starting point.  I explain in more detail in the video but you get it.  This isn’t for anyone BUT YOU.  So go ahead… Record Your Beginning.
  2. Aquire A Journal – Paper or Pixel.  Public or Private.  You are gonna need it BEFORE FRIDAY. I’ll be keeping track of my journey at losfit.com
  3. Record A Video Of Yourself – This video is going to be from the Jan 1st, 2015 version of yourself. I want you to tell yourself how amazing you feel and how much the next 31 days are going to be worth it.

1.  DAILY videos from me to you keeping you motivated and with some of the tips and tricks I used to lose my 30 plus lbs.
2.  WEEKLY emails with nutrition and food info and your daily exercise regiment.
3.  MONTHLY PRIZES.  Yes.  You read that right.  PRIZES.
The first week of January I will announce the 3 winners of the challenge.

2.  An AFTER picture.  SO MUCH CAN CHANGE IN 4 WEEKS!

If there is something I realized from last challenge… If you have nothing on the line… you ain’t gonna do it.  That is HOW WE GOT HERE.

1. 31 Days. Everyday.  Get up and do the assignment.  I need that from you.
2. This time around, in order to devote the time I need to devote to do this right AND in order to keep you bought in, I’m gonna charge $10 for the challenge.
Why would I do that?
Cause I want to do this one right.  And it takes time. And well, since I don’t have a real job, my time is my job.  🙂
