Over 2,000 people took part in the #FitByFourth Challenge. But alas, only a few finished. Why is that? Cause there was nothing at stake. This time around…
There will be lots at stake.

Starting the NOW… we are going to get a head start on your summer fitness.
18 months ago, on a Tuesday morning, I stepped on something I had not stepped on in a long time.
Why would I do that to myself?
Because I felt my jeans getting tighter, my depression getting worse, and my life going into cruise control.
An amazing cruise control I may add.
But I felt life could become an existence as opposed to an adventure.
And it was because of my health.Until I was 21 years old, I weighed about 155 lbs and was VERY athletic.
And then I started to put on what my wife likes to call, my “Man Body”.
I crept up to 235 lbs until I tried Weight Watchers and lost almost 45 lbs.
It worked!!!And then it didn’t.
I started gaining it back and I found myself going from 190 back to 206.
This was the day I stepped back on the scale, in my tiny condo in Nashville TN, and I knew that something had to change.
Because in 3 months I was turning 40.
And, well, you may as well call the nursing home at the rate I was going.
I knew I needed to do something, I just didn’t know what.
Well now I do know what.
And I’m going to share that what with you.
In this challenge we are going to cover all the things that I have learned will work for a NORMAL person to take back control of their body and talk about a few simple things that I think will help it “click” for you. Like it clicked for me.
What can you expect?
1. You will learn to discover the “Y” in your “lazY” journey.
2. You will learn how to stop dieting and start eating healthy WITHOUT GOING CRAZY.
What you WILL NOT LEARN.1. You won’t learn what the fatty acid level is in your slice of salmon.2. You won’t learn from a nutritionist or health nut, as I am neither.
3. You won’t learn TaeBo.
There are pros out there who we NEED in our lives.
I’m not one.
I AM on the other hand a guy who has tried ALL the fads and has finally figured it out when he stopped trying them.

1. DAILY videos from me to you keeping you motivated and with some of the tips and tricks I used to lose my 35 lbs.
2. WEEKLY LIVE VIDEO Q&A answering all your questions and pointing us in the right direction.
3. WEEKLY emails with nutrition and food info and your daily exercise regiment.
4. MONTHLY PRIZES. Yes. You read that right. PRIZES.
The first week of May I will announce the 3 winners of the challenge.
How will the winners be determined?
1. An essay or video at the end describing how the past 31 days have impacted your story.
2. An AFTER picture. SO MUCH CAN CHANGE IN 4 WEEKS!

If there is something I realized from last challenge… If you have nothing on the line… you ain’t gonna do it.
That is HOW WE GOT HERE.
1. 30 Days. Everyday. Get up and do the assignment. I need that from you.
2. In order to devote the time I need to devote to do this right AND in order to keep you bought in, I’m gonna charge $15 for the challenge.
Why would I do that?
First off, I learned with the last challenge… If you have NOTHING vested, you won’t do it. It’s that simple.
Second of all, I want to do this one right. And it takes time. And well, since I don’t have a real job, my time is my job. 🙂
So yea. $15 bucks is not a lot for some people. And it IS a lot for some people. So I get it.
Not everyone will be able to jump in this time.
